Deposit
Eine Anzahlung von 50% des Gesamtbetrags ist innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Buchungsbestätigung fällig.
Cancellation
Kostenlose Stornierung bis 3 Tage vor Anreise. Danach werden 50% des Gesamtbetrags berechnet.

4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (other times by arrangement)
Check-out
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (other times by arrangement)
Key handover
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt per Schlüssel-Code. Diesen erhalten Sie einen Tag vor der Anreise per email.
Crib/Extra bed
Babybett und Zustellbett auf Anfrage verfügbar. Bitte bei der Buchung angeben.
Pets
Haustiere sind nach Absprache willkommen.
Parking
Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht direkt am Haus zur Verfügung.
Tourist tax and other local fees
Kurtaxe von 2,50 EUR pro Person und Nacht. Wird vor Ort abgerechnet.
